What is an electric cargo bike?
A cargo bike equipped with electric pedal assistance makes pedaling a lot lighter compared to a standard cargo bike. This means you tire less quickly and reach your destination with more energy.
Are electric cargo bikes safe?
Yes, our cargo bikes have been tested extensively and are safe. We have not received any complaints about unsafe cargo bikes.
What is the difference between an electric cargo bike and an e-cargo bike?
Electric cargo bike and e-cargo bike are different names for the same concept. Although the term electric cargo bike is more common, the use of e-cargo bike is also correct and accepted.
How often should I charge an electric cargo bike?
The frequency with which you should charge the battery of your e-cargo bike depends on the model and how intensively you use the bike. We recommend keeping the battery charge between 20% and 80% to optimize the lifespan. Self-discharge can occur if the bike is not used for a long time, so it is wise to charge the battery before you go on the road again.

Can I return your cargo bike?
Yes, this is absolutely allowed! Please note: the return costs (on average €50) are at your own expense. The bike must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Check our return policy here.
