Check the connection to the controller.
E 03 Error Code
PASS SENSOR FAILURE (ROAD MARKINGS) - bad/not working
E 04 Error Code
6KM/H CRUISE

REAL TIME CRUISE
E 06 Error Code
LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE INDICATION E06 SHOWN ON DISPLAY.
Check the code on display P03 whether the code is on 48V or not, set the number to 48 and try the e-bikes again.
Reset the e-bike to factory settings with code number P16. Contact us for a video guide.
Fully charge the battery.
Check the battery full power, you can send us a video while pressing the button light on the battery.
E 07 Error Code
ENGINE FAULT E07 SHOWN ON DISPLAY.
Check the cable for looseness or poor connection. If you have another e-bike handy, swap the waterproof cable, the large wiring harness that connects to the controller and display, lights, grips etc. to see if the wiring harness is causing problems.
Reset to factory settings to restart the e-bike to see if the problem is solved or not.
If you still have E07 on the display, disconnect the headlight cable and the PAS cable to check.
If the above steps do not solve the problem, we can send a new motor core. Make sure you get the right version, we need photos of the cable and the motor, and photos of the handlebar as an example.
E 08 Error Code
THROTTLE GRIP FAILURE E08 SHOWN ON DISPLAY.
Check the throttle grip cable to see if it is properly connected.
If any pins are loose, check the connection to the controller.
If all of the above steps have fully checked the problem and the issue persists, a new throttle grip is required for this defective e-bike.
E 09 Error Code
CONTROLLER ERROR E09 SHOWN ON DISPLAY.
If any cable does not connect properly, check the controller cable.
Replace with another good controller to test if it works.
Please send you a good controller for replacement if the above check still does not work.
E 10 Error Code
COMMUNICATION RECEPTION ERROR E10 SHOWN ON DISPLAY.
Check the display cable to see if it is connected properly.
Replace with a new display if no World Cup signals are output.
E 11 Error Code
COMMUNICATION TRANSMISSION INTERFERENCE
