What's in a turn?
✓ Check the bike completely
The electronic components are checked for functioning, tires and brake pads are inspected and replaced if necessary in consultation.
✓ Lubricate headset and chain bearings
We lubricate the bearings of the headset, so that your bike continues to steer smoothly. We also check that there is no play in the headset.
✓ Tighten all nuts, bolts, bottom bracket, wheel axle and headset
All parts are tightened tightly to prevent hazards and faster wear of parts.
✓ Adjust the chain to the correct tension
Is there enough tension on the chain? If necessary, we will re-tension your chain. We will also lubricate the chain so that your links continue to rotate smoothly.
✓ Replace brake pads and adjust brakes
All brake pads are replaced. The brake cable is tightened/brake fluid is topped up. The brake calipers are also centered correctly on the brake disc.
✓ Adjusting gears
Because the cable of your gear system stretches over time, we readjust the gears.
✓ Clean brakes
Brakes are cleaned to prevent rust on the brake pads and to remove dirt between the brake pads and brake disc.
✓ Adjust spokes to the correct tension
The spoke tension is checked, slack bicycle spokes are tightened. It is also checked whether the wheel is straight in the frame.
✓ Inflate tires up to 2.0 Bar
The tire pressure is checked and we then inflate the tires to 2.0 Bar.
