Still not satisfied with the product? Within 14 days after receipt you have the possibility to return the product. Follow the steps below. The return conditions below must be followed when returning our products.

4 steps to return your product:
Step 1: Sign up
Contact us via WhatsApp (085 060 2851) and register your return.
Step 2: Form
You can only return our products using our return form:
- Print this return form and fill it in
- Put the return form in the package
Step 3: Packaging
- Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box
- Place the completed return form in the box
Step 4: Shipping
- Drop off the package at the post office
- Please keep the proof of shipment
Refund
When do we pay back?
We will transfer the costs you incurred (purchase costs and original shipping costs) to you within 14 days of cancellation.
Where will I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. If this does not work, we will contact you.
What are the costs for returning?
The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. Are you returning a product because it was damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we will reimburse these costs afterwards.

Return conditions for electric fat bikes:
Returns of products are only possible within 14 days after receipt of the product and under strict conditions.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and manuals. If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, a depreciation of up to 25% may be applied. This also applies to products with less than 20 km on them the counter.
Return costs
The costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, minus any depreciation.
Guarantee
Warranty claims can be submitted within the applicable warranty period and will be assessed based on the warranty conditions.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount when the product is returned in new condition. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €75, contact us about the exact costs for collecting your bike. You can also choose to return the bike yourself, this is free of charge.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@dailyride.nl We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Please note: We recommend that you carefully consider your purchase of an electric fat bike, as returning the product is subject to strict conditions and is not free of charge. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase.
