Are the fat bikes foldable?
Yes, the electric fatbikes are easily foldable. Please note: this does not apply to all models, check the description of your fatbike to check if it is foldable.
Can I ride a fat bike on public roads?
In the Netherlands, the following rules apply to an e-bike/fatbike on public roads: the bike may go a maximum of 25 km/h and the engine may have a maximum capacity of 250W. A bike/fatbike with a throttle is not allowed on public roads.
Our bicycles are supplied as standard without a throttle, although some bicycles have the option of having the bicycle supplied with a throttle. If you choose this option, you are not legally allowed to take your bicycle on the road.
Can I ride an e-scooter on public roads?
Thee-steps that we offer are not allowed on public roads. According to the law, these e-steps may only be used on private property.

Can I return your bike?
Yes, this is absolutely allowed! Please note: the return costs (on average €50) are at your own expense. The bike must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Check our return policy here.

What about the helmet requirement and driver's license?
On all our fatbikes you are not required to wear a helmet. You also do not need a driver's license.
