Here you will find an overview of the data we process, why we need it, on what legal basis and how long we will store this data. We process your name, email address, address details and bank details that are necessary to optimally deliver our services based on the agreement. Without this data we cannot properly execute the agreement. For example, we cannot send the product if we do not have the data.

We store this data for 7 years (this is the legal retention period of the Tax Authorities). If you unexpectedly have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, email and the content of this complaint in order to arrive at the best possible solution for you. We use this data for an optimal execution of the agreement. We will store the data until this complaint has been dealt with. In order to enable and optimize our website, we use analytics services.
